Short term consultancy for pharmaceutical stock verification at health facilities in Afghan refugee villages in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa
Objective: to contribute to the handing over of pharmaceutical stock/data.
Duration:
Maximum 20 days
Available Positions: 2, the place of assignment is Peshawar.
Geographic location: Peshawar, Charsadda, Nowshehra, Mardan, Buner and Chitral districts.
Facilities:
- Remuneration: as per Organizational policy for the number of days worked.
- Paid travel expenses including accommodation during verification visits.
- Laptop to be loaned during assignment.
Activities:
- Participate in physical inventory and verification of stock at BHUs/BEmONC centers and ensure verifiable stock.
- Verification of pharmaceutical stock at warehouse at Peshawar.
- Data entry into pharmaceutical database, analysis and generating report when required.
- Segregation of short date or expired or out of function medical equipment and medicines.
- Participate in the evaluation of final handing over documents.
- Assist in the preparation of pharmaceutical stock for health facilities in the next phase.
- Work in close collaboration with Pharmacist and other support departments.
- Pro-actively contribute to problem solving and decision making process.
Expected deliverables:
- Contribute to the final handing over of documents.
- Categorized arrangement of soft and hard data.
