Job Description

We are seeking qualified and highly motivated applicants for Program Coordinator; the position will be based in ISLAMABAD WITH FREQUENT FIELD VISITS. [3 weeks in KP and Punjab and 1 week in Islamabad]

General Objectives

The Program Coordinator is responsible for planning and coordinating the smooth implementation of Mission programs and operations in Pakistan, in adherence to logistics, human resources, administration and security procedures, as well as donors’ requirements. At the provincial/district level, the Program Coordinator represents Organization to relevant stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

-The Program Coordinator will be the direct responsibility for the implementation of both KPK  & Punjab projects, though:

-Programs/Project’s implementation

-Coordination and Team Management

-Representation, Networking and participation in fundraising activities

-Supervising the Logistics function

-Supervising the Administration, Finance and Human Resources functions


-Communication & Reporting

Level D - Linguistic Competencies : Ability to understand easily everything heard or read, in addition to the ability write complex texts, using high end vocabulary and grammar, and the capacity to speak fluently both popular and authentic dialects of the same specified language;

Excellent command of English,Urdu,Pashto
