Medecins Sans Frontieres (MSF) is an international, independent, medical humanitarian organization that delivers emergency aid to people affected by armed conflict, epidemics, natural disasters and exclusion from healthcare. MSF offers assistance to people based on need, irrespective of race, religion, gender or political affiliation . We are seeking qualified and highly motivated applicants for: Timergara Lower Dir project

Main purpose:

Support the implementation of all activities and tools related to staff development: induction, evaluation (performance and logbook) and training in the MSF Timergara project. Provides active support to staff  regarding the use of L&D tools and the implementation of L&D activities in the Timergara project. Provides support to the recruitment processes.

Tasks and responsibilities:

Training Plan and Developmental Actions

o    Is the main advisor (together with L&D manager and HR manager) for international trainings and detachment for national staff.

o    Deliver basic training courses.

o    Logistic support to the trainings organized for the national staff.

Evaluations (Performance and Logbooks)

o    Check all the performance evaluations and objectives providing feedback to LnD Manager and HR manager identifying best practises and gaps.

o    Before the end of probation period and short term contract, ensure short evaluation between the new recruited staff and the supervisor is done.


o    Present and explain contract terms and the content of the Internal Regulations for all newly recruited staff.

o    Prepare the briefing schedules for all the new expatriates.

o    Facilitate the induction programme to all newly recruited staff.

Support to the recruitment processes

o    Ensure a strong and regular communication with the supervisors of the different departments.
