This is a true assistant to the CEO, NOT merely a secretarial position. In addition to being responsible for managing the Owner/CEO’s full and dynamic calendar, the Executive Assistant will attend meetings and complete complex tasks on his behalf.

Sure there are administrative tasks involved. You will answer routine correspondence and telephone calls-Manage itineraries and make travel arrangements-Prepare the CEO for all trips and meetings with agendas, client contact information, etc.-Attend key meetings, produce agenda, minutes, and action items-Draft and proofread memos, letters, presentations, contracts and reports-Handle confidential, routine and non-routine information.

But you will also perform research on financial, legal and compliance issues. Take on significant projects on behalf of the corporation/CEO and complete additional business assignments as required.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
