We are looking for a talented Digital Media Buyer to take charge of managing, optimizing, and scaling paid advertising campaigns on Meta and Google platforms. The main objective of this role is to drive client lead generation and maximize booked appointments through strategic campaign management. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with campaign execution, continuously analyze performance metrics, and collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure accurate tracking and smooth funnel integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and oversee paid advertising campaigns on Meta and Google Ads platforms.
- Continuously optimize campaigns to enhance Cost Per Lead (CPL), Click-Through Rate (CTR), and overall conversion rates.
- Analyze advertising performance data and prepare comprehensive weekly reports to guide strategy refinements.
- Collaborate with Funnel and Technical Virtual Assistants to ensure proper implementation of tracking pixels and funnel integrations.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently and develop scaling strategies to maximize return on investment (ROI).
Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience managing paid campaigns on Meta and Google Ads platforms.
- Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in Google Analytics and Ads Manager tools.
- Basic knowledge of CRM funnel tracking systems, preferably with experience in GoHighLevel.
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and optimize campaigns in real-time to achieve performance targets.
- At least 2 years of experience in digital media buying, with a focus on lead generation or performance marketing.
This is a full-time, in-person position offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs70,000 to Rs90,000. The role presents an excellent opportunity to contribute to client growth through strategic paid media management and data-driven decision-making.
