An IT company in Karachi looking for the energetic & hard working IT Support Technician, mainly for hardware. Someone who can perform the following duties:
- Installation and Maintenance: installing/configuring/maintaining of the user's hardware/software and receive hardware/software from users to ensure the smooth running of their systems.
- Support and problem identification and resolution: receive a service request, establish the nature of the problem. Provide all the adequate IT support requirements
- Awareness of IT procedures and method: create awareness of and perform duties in accordance to the company's IT policies.
- IT inventory: maintain and regularly updates the company's hardware and software inventory and advises of outdated hardware/software
- Document management: assist in documenting and maintaining the documentation.
- Safety, quality, and environment: ensure compliance to all relevant safety, quality, and environmental management policie
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science
Experience:
- 1- 2 years relevant experience (network, desktop support, helpdesk)
- Good troubleshooting skills
- Good communication skills or customer oriented.
