Producer

At Media Voice we highlight, represent and give life to the stories that are not covered by the mainstream media. We create non-fiction digital content that includes web reality shows, food series, short documentaries etc. As a Producer you will be responsible for leading and managing the production team from ideation to post; you will also be responsible for the overall quality of work produced by your team.

Responsibilities:

Oversee quality control and final production of digital content
Supervise your team’s daily workflow, assign project workload, and monitor deadlines and budgets.
Review and approve deliverables from the team to ensure compliance with brand, visual identity, social media trends and legal guidelines
Direct brainstorming meetings and creative sessions.
Oversee profitability, deliverables, timelines and budgets
Evaluate trends, assess new data and help the team create best creative work possible
Meet with clients or upper management to explain campaign strategies and solutions
Review work, troubleshoot and provide feedback to creative teams
Remain actively involved in hiring and training creative staff
Shoulder the responsibility of the quality and completion of all work projects assigned to members of the creative team
Report progress of your projects at major stages of their conception, creation, and execution

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in filmmaking, communications, journalism or any other relevant field
At Least 3 years of experience in the relevant field
A solid understanding of digital video content and process of filmmaking
Brilliant interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent leadership qualities, with the ability to maximize the talents of their team
Meticulous and detail oriented, with exceptional project management and people skills.
Familiarity with a variety of software programs, such as Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop etc
Knowledge and passionate about of digital video content
