The allocated monthly pay range for this fully remote and full-time role is PKR 40,000.
This is a full-time remote role for an Education Officer. Given that this role is dynamic and fast-paced, our ideal team member must be committed to helping us progress and helping our students succeed. They must also be master multi-taskers, extroverted, and great communicators! We are currently looking for two extraordinary people with great "people" skills to fill the available positions.
Responsibilities (subject to change depending on other hires and your background)
- Interviewing and hiring tutors
- Matching students with tutors
- Managing tutors and general housekeeping for prompt replies to inquiries, class scheduling, and more
- Manage our weekend group classes, including rotas for the different key players
- Email writing, simple social media post-editing
- Work with other team members in customer service, directors, graphics designers, etc
- You'll be working full-time from 9 AM - 6 PM BST (1 PM - 10 PM Pakistan Time) and your workdays and weekends may be from Wed-Sun with Mon-Tues off or Fri-Tues with Wed-Thurs off
- Working with the Content Development team, Customer Service Team, Graphic Designers, HR Team and more
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/fresh graduates in any field, preferably Communications, Business, English, or Human Resources or relevant
- Native/bilingual proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Slightly noticeable to no accent, our ideal candidate has a coherent American accent
- Extroverted, outgoing personality
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
- Include 'Academia' in any screening question answer
- Microsoft Office and Google Suite proficiency
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

- Experience using Notion, Zoom
- Experience using Canva
