Exceptional English Communication (Oral and Written) to communicate effectively with a local team as well as with the team located in the USA office. Sometimes communications with clients is required as well.
Proficient with MS Office and billing software's like Kareo, ECW, Health Nautica, Office Ally & Medisoft.
Familiarity with medical billing systems, ICD-9, ICD 10, CPT, medical coding, and basic medical terminology.
Minimum 10 year of Medical Billing Experience in multi specialties practices Like Oncology, Allergy & Asthma, Pediatrics and Pain & Anesthesiology etc. Credentialing experience is required as well.
Adaptability and research abilities along with openness to learning is a must.
A good team player as well as a great overseer, have experience of Managing the subsection of the operations team.
