MaxRemind is seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Medical Billing Specialist & Reporting Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, submitting, and reconciling medical claims accurately and on time. This role also involves performing data analysis to support operational efficiency and ensure the accuracy of reporting. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and submit medical claims to insurance companies accurately and within established deadlines.
- Monitor claim rejections and denials, identify root causes, and ensure timely resolution to minimize delays.
- Post payments and reconcile accounts to guarantee correct posting within the system.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insights for process improvement.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and company policies at all times.
- Utilize Electronic Health Records (EHR), Practice Management (PM) systems, and payer portals effectively to manage billing processes.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
- Between 6 months to 1.5 years of experience in US medical billing and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Competitive salary package ranging from Rs40,000 to Rs50,000 per month.
