Marketing Coordinator is responsible to do the following activities:

  • To support marketing leadership through the organization and administrative support for various projects.
  • To maintain strong communication between customers and other internal and external stakeholders.
  • To plan, prepare and deliver data and presentations to concerned stakeholders on behalf of the marketing team of the company.
  • To work directly with project managers, designers, social media and content teams to design and implement key marketing campaigns.
  • To perform competitive research on companies and products, to understand what’s happening in the market.
  • Present data to the management and incorporate your findings into each campaign for better results.
  • To conduct analysis to determine the effectiveness of each marketing campaign and report key findings to the stakeholders.
  • To establish and maintain record keeping and filing systems. Classify, sorts and file correspondence with customers, records, agreements and other documents.
  • To conduct research to analyze new potential regions and markets to find new customers and nurture the leads.

Exhibitions and Events:

  • To support the implementation of exhibitions and events by providing administrative support.
  • Includes management of exhibition planning, promotional material, showcase samples, contents, graphics, and the leads.

Email Marketing Management:

  • To grow our email list organically.
  • To manage various email campaigns, including the template designs, calls-to-action, and content used in our email sends.
  • To segment lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions (content downloads, site page visits, etc.).
  • To measure results and optimize the lead nurturing workflows for these segments to convert leads into customers.

Product Marketing:

  • Together with the product team, educate both internal and external stakeholders about our product features and their benefits (Promote the story of our product).
