  • Supervise the planning of medical activities on the field and the allocation of medical staff according to the needs.
  • Organize a weekly medical debriefing with the different medical teams.
  • Collect, analyze and send the weekly/monthly medical data and narrative reports based on the directives of the Medical Advisor and the Medical Coordinator. 
  • Ensure highest quality of the medical services and activities in the field, through continuous monitoring, auditing, and on site supervision.  
  • In collaboration with the Medical Coordinator, adapt and/or update all the medical protocols, procedures and management tools according to the needs.
  • Supervise the pharmaceutical stock and management and verify stock order according to the standard stock ordering methodology.
  • Ensure rational use of medicines and quality prescriptions according to WHO/Organization protocols at the clinics.
  • Assess the need in terms of capacity building for the team and provide solution accordingly, training needs, etc.
  • Participating in the definition of annual planning and budget for the project and in the follow up of the programs / project. Supervising and ensuring that medical activities objectives under his/her responsibility are achieved, reporting to the technical referent any problem arising in the service. 
  • Coordination with PDH/CAR/DHO and other health authorities both district and provincial level at DG level and CAR.
  • Represent organization in different medical meetings (CAR, DHO, UNHCR) and share the minutes of the meetings.;
  • Compile the data, analyze and write monthly, quarterly narrative reports.
