Required Qualification: DAE, B.Tech, BS in Computer Science. Experience: 1-2 Years of Experience in Similar Position Responsibilities:
• Provide front line technical support to local and remote users via visit , calls, chat, email or online remote support. • Familiar with the tools to analyze and diagnose technical issues. Good learner.
• Good Knowledge of desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, scanners and other hardware devices installation and troubleshooting.
• Familiar with network infrastructure.
• Hand on Experience of wired and wireless network connections and devices and their troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Cabling and Communication Rack Management.
• Hand on experience of installation, troubleshooting and configuration of hardware and software.
• Proficient with Operating Systems configuration, troubleshooting and errors.
• Familiar with IT documentation required for review and audit purpose.
• Good Team Player.
• Knowledge of Analog & IP Surveillance System and Telephony.
• Familiar with Client/Server database environment.
