Responsible for keeping track of Customer’s accounts, managing and resolving Customer’s account queries and reporting. Assists with complaints, errors, account reporting and other queries:
· Able to report Credit Note listing.
· Able to manage collection reports.
· Knowledge of entering price group report.
· Able to resolve group account queries.
· Manages group customer invoicing, resolving queries.
· Able to make lost calls report.
· Able to manage BACS statement
· Keeping track of Customer Accounts as an Accounts Manager.
· Resolving Customer queries of North Depots.
· Able to contact Depot Managers / Regional Manager in terms of Customer queries and Balance.
· Able to keep track of unpaid balance and making recoveries.
