Responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and companies. Assists with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancelations and other queries:
- Act as a company gatekeeper.
- Greet customers warmly and ascertion problem or reason for calling.
- Resolve customer complaints via phone or e-mail.
- Use telephone line and e-mails to reach out to customers and verify account information.
- Assist with placement of orders, refunds or exchanges.
- Advise on Company information.
- Suggest solutions when a product malfunctions and assist accordingly.
- Attempts to pursuade customer to reconsider cancelation.
- Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
