To assist in developing and improving HR policies and procedures with the changing requirements of the organization for organizational development.
Creating Job Descriptions and posting on Job Portals, reviewing, screening, shortlisting candidates & scheduling Interviews for the potential candidates.
To assists in Recruitment, Screening, Calling Potential Candidates, Scheduling Interviews.
Conducting Orientation and Induction for New Hires & introducing them with all the Departments.
Able to bring new creative ideas in terms of organizing Interactive Recreational activities/Events for Employees.

Assisting in Annual Performance Appraisal for employees.
Assistance in organizing, coordinating and monitoring the timeliness and completion of employee performance appraisals.
Assists in performing Performance Development Plan and organizational development plan.
Assisting in other additional HR related tasks assigned locally & by UK.
Managing Leaves and Attendance Record of employees.
Keeping a record of Employees Biometrics Report.
Organizing, updating and keeping a track of Employees personal record and personnel files.
Responding to queries of the employees & working on solution/improvement.
Able to perform Administration related tasks.
Managing Petty Cash and generating Invoices for PK Expenses on monthly basis.
Inventory Management.
Order and manage Office supplies. Manage relationships with the outside vendors and services.
Any special assignment assigned by Management.
