Medina Dairy (Pvt) Ltd. is seeking a motivated Customer Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer relationship management skills and have the ability to negotiate effectively to drive sales and foster long-term client partnerships. This role involves managing customer accounts, providing excellent customer service, and preparing accurate sales reports to support business growth. A proactive approach and clear communication in fluent English are essential to successfully meet the demands of this position. The candidate should have at least one year of relevant experience and will not be responsible for managing a team, focusing instead on individual sales targets and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored sales solutions.
- Negotiate sales terms and agreements with customers to maximize company revenue while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Manage customer accounts by tracking orders, payments, and service requests to ensure timely fulfillment and support.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information.
- Monitor and report on sales performance through detailed sales reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Identify new sales opportunities by researching market trends and customer requirements.
- Support marketing initiatives by providing customer feedback and participating in promotional events to increase brand awareness.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using company systems and tools.
- Continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques to enhance overall performance and customer satisfaction.
