Meditaz is looking for an Accounts Officer/Bookkeeper to join our growing team. Candidates with strong knowledge of cost accounting & controls will be preferred. Competitive compensation is provided.

Responsibilities:

Good working knowledge of QuickBooks accounting.
Prepare and analyze the financial records.
Prepares and records assets, liabilities, revenues, and expense entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
Maintain and balance contractual accounts by entering, verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling transactions and resolving discrepancies.
The candidate will be responsible for executing a variety of financial procedures, including daily transactions, month-end, and year-end closings, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, inventory evaluation, sales tax transactions, payroll transactions & general ledger entries & reviews.
Candidate must be highly detail-oriented and organized with an ability to meet a constant stream of deadlines.
Proven ability to learn, understand and converse in English, and work both independently and collaboratively inside/outside of the company.
