Meds Nexus are looking for a female P.H.D Specialist with excellent English communication skills for our patient help desk department (Patient Calling). It's a pure Salary base Role.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering inbound patient calls and scheduling appointments.
  • Adding new patients to the system if it does not exist already.
  • Coordinating with doctor’s offices in the US regarding office hours, appointments and location changes, etc.
  • Gathering details of patient queries for any results and medications and relaying info to doctor’s office.
  • Handle other duties as needed.
  • Manage customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and ensure resolution.
  • Identify client needs, and respond in a professional, efficient, and courteous manner.
  • Solve queries of patients regarding their medical issues
  • Handling Front Desk (USA)
  • 2 to 3 years hands on experience of customer support and any call center experience

Requirements:

  • Minimum bachelor in any domain with excellent
  • English communication (preferably North American accent) hands-on in MS Office (Word, Excel, PP)
  • Knowledge of the US healthcare industry 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in customer support
  • Available to work in US working hours
