Customer Support Specialists within the Operations department will assist our U.S. based client’s customers with their queries/concerns and provide an exact resolution to customers as per the defined processes via call. We are looking for people who have experience in dealing with international customers via inbound and outbound calls.

Other ability we are looking for:
Should be able to communicate fluently in English with the customers.Evaluate customer needs, resolve etc.
Build relationships with customers.Able to utilize customer feedback to recommend products and services.
JOB SPECIFICATION
Qualification: O / A' Levels
Experience: Should have at least 2 to 3 year international call center experience.
Fixed Salary Range::
As per experienced and communications
Skills: Excellent problem-Solving & Must be Fluent in English.
