MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
The post holder will report directly to the Senior Service Activation Lead, MEA, and will have responsibility for ensuring that each managed service account within the assigned Accounts meets the required standard of service delivery.
To this end, the post holder will provide leadership to each account by:
1. Ensuring that each on-site service delivery team is of the right culture to contribute to its specific partnership with the client by embodying the core Medtronic behaviours
2. That for each account, all client facing deliverables and any specific internal deliverables are met
3. That our on-site service delivery teams are competent to deliver against performance objectives
4. That for the country as a whole, there is a high performing network of cross site support and a standardized approach to service delivery
5. That the overall network of on-site service delivery teams are all fully aligned with all off site service delivery entities such as the broader IHS function, Medtronic Back Office and any 3rd party service providers.
JOB EXPERIENCE
· Previous management experience in a Cath Lab or OR environment.
· A proven record of success in managing significant operational/strategic change whilst developing and maintaining the provision of a high quality service.
· Experience of budget control, audit process and quality.
SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
· Excellent partnering and collaboration skills.
· Ability to interact with multinational employees on different hierarchy levels.
· Ability to manage, motivates, support, develop and lead a department.
· Customer- and business-focus and understanding.
· Project management, and leading to results through influence.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to liaise and negotiate effectively at all levels.
PHISYCAL REQUIREMENTS
· The post holder will be resident in the proximity of Karachi. Additionally extensive travel will be required in support of managed Cath labs across Pakistan as required. Travel will be around 60 %
