- Responsible for responding to any queries clients from any source may have.
- Compile, verify and sort information to prepare source data for system entry
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents/files.
- Sort, organize and store paperwork after data has been entered in the system.
- File study to check the history of each individual case.
- Maintain data on a weekly basis for Manager Operations.
- Ensure all queries discussed with the management are acted upon or informed to the client.
- Coordinate with different departments for complaint resolution.
- Follow up with clients.
- Maintain both soft and hard copies of client data.
- Maintain confidentiality of client data.
