The Product & Operations Lead will plan and oversee the organization's daily operations to ensure goals and objectives are achieved.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Responsible for growth and sales across all channels
- Responsible for delivering company operations with the relevant KPIs (growth KPIs, Revenue, fulfilment, customer satisfaction)
- Plans and organizes daily activities related to operations and has a sense of monthly and longer term planning
- Partner management to drive priorities and outcomes
- Entrepreneurial mindset to push on priorities for the firm
- Measures productivity by analyzing performance data, financial data, and activity reports.
- Coordinates with team members to drive excellence in all the operations KPIs
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Manages hires and trains new employees
- Organizes and oversees the delivery and priorities of assigned staff
- Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive

Educational Qualification:
- Must-Have Bachelor’s degree (from a Tier 1 University) preferred in Business Management, Business Administration, or related field required; M.B.A. preferred.
- 3 to 5 years of related experience required.
