Job Description

We are looking for Customer Service Executives (Female).

    • Education: Graduate
    • Experience: 2+ year experience of public dealing (customer service, administration, call center, etc.)
    • Type: Office Based, Full-Time, Females Only.
    • Timings: 10 am to 6 pm
    • Days: Monday to Saturday
    • Location: Block 10, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi


    • Strong oral and written communication skills
    • Knowledge of MS Office, including Word and Excel
    • Knowledge of Email, WhatsApp, Social Media
    • Experience of Inbound Call and Outbound Calls
    • Answer Live Chat, Email, WhatsApp, Call and Social Media inquiries
    • Be able to write proper English


    • Fixed Salary: 30,000 to 35,000 per month
    • Commission
