Overview of Post
Mega Marketing Network is looking for a Digital Media Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize our and our clients' digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.
If you live and breathe digital media marketing, we want to meet you.
You should have a strong grasp of current marketing and advertising tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
You will work with the marketing team, SEO team, Social Media team, Graphic Designer team, and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget.
You will work on our and our clients' projects of diverse nature. The diverse nature of work requires that you should have years of experience and skills to address issues of different nature, give recommendations and manage everything.
Responsibilities
- Build our and our clients' digital marketing roadmap.
- Manage all digital marketing channels (website, blogs, landing pages, emails and social media) to ensure brand consistency.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction.
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
- Monitor our and clients social media accounts.
- Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics.
- Forecast sales performance trends and act proactively to increase market segment.
- Liaise with Product, Design and Sales directors to increase client satisfaction through cohesive strategies.
- Motivate digital marketing team to achieve goals.
- Monitor competition and provide ideas to stand out.
- Stay up-to-date with digital technology developments (A reader by nature)
- Training and guiding team members
Requirements
- Master Degree with a combination of Marketing and Information Technology
- Hands on experience with SEO, SEM, SMM, Email Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Content Writing, Inbound Marketing, Video, Blogging, Outreach and CRM software
- Proven work experience in all areas of Digital media marketing
- Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channels function
- Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices
- Familiarity with web design, web development, CMS, WordPress
- Excellent analytical and project management skills
- Strong team management and communication (written and verbal) skills
- Good English (reading, writing and speaking)

Qualification: Masters degree with background in Computer Science / IT / Marketing
Experience: 8 years out of which 3 years must be at senior or team lead level
