The Job
As a Sales and Marketing Manager, your focus will be to build the foundation for the outside sales team. You will be responsible for setting metrics, objectives, KPI's, and processes that will guide your team to success. In addition, you will hire, train, and develop your team members so that your sales objectives are met. You are responsible to develop, achieve and maintain strong business relationships with key decision makers and influencers.
Accountabilities, Actions and Expected Measurable Results - Weight %
- 25% - Retain & grow current digital business and develop new business clients.
- 25% - Generate revenue through sales of digital and print media advertising and marketing services.
- 20% - Understand media options, including traditional and digital advertising and guide clients to assist them in achieving their marketing objectives.
- 20% - Hire, train, and develop team members.
- 10% - Provide input on sales promotion ideas, prepare & submit sales and financial reports
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent training and/or experience
Experience:
- 5+ Years of B2B Sales
- 2+ Years of B2B Sales Experience in a management role
Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- A demonstrable existing client and business relationships in Karachi and Lahore.
- Applied knowledge and experience of the ever-changing digital media and best practices on how to achieve client objectives
- Proven ability to communicate, educate, and convey value in both written and oral forms
- Proven ability to manage people and situations as a leader, an equal, and a collaborator
- Passion for building revenue -- achieving financial goals
