Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate with excellent communication and organizing skills and a sound on knowledge on IT equipment(Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Servers, Network etc) 

Main responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate the activities of the Technical Support team to ensure an effective support service for all MEGAPLUS Customers.
  • Escalate all service issues to the Technical Support Manager.
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the Technical Services team to develop and deliver long-term solutions to meet user needs.
  • Participate in training and team development activities to update skills and knowledge.
