Job Description

We are looking for a receptionist to be responsible for greeting clients and visitors to our office.

  • We need excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Prior experience as a receptionist is also helpful.

Receptionist Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
  •  Preparing meeting and training rooms.
  •  Answering phones in a professional manner· 
  • Provide excellent customer service. 
  • Scheduling appointments.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Experience with administrative. 
  • Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Excellent organizational skills
