Job Description

We are hiring excellent resources who can provide customer support via email.

Responsibilities

  • A professional approach in answering Emails and provide information about products and services, taking input of issues and their redressal thereof.
  • Ensure all quality perimeters are met on every ticket/email.
  • Maintaining records of transactions and interactions.
  • Appropriate and timely follow-ups wherever required.
  • Escalate unresolved queries to respective departments for accurate redressal.

Skills required

  • Good communication skills in English
  • Fast typing speed
  • quick learner

Schedule: 10 PM-7 AM PST

Office near Surahi Chowk, Bahria Town, Lahore

Salary 30-40K (Based on your experience)

Good salary increment according to your performance and understanding of our system and communication with the customer.
