Purpose of the Position

  • Coordinate company’s marketing campaigns with regards to concerned MO both internally and externally and plays a key part in communicating the organizations marketing message within the given framework of  goals and objective.
  • To deliver high quality revenue collection and arrears recovery service in their respective region in accordance with organization policies and procedure.

SCOPE

To support the concerned MO in carrying out an effective marketing and communications plan in order to:

  • Attract new Clients across the country after perfect positioning of company image in the mind of those clients.
  • Publicise the strength of the company security guards.
  • Promote the profile of the security guards and company as a whole to external clients.
  • Ensure that recovery is maximized and arrears are kept to a minimum.

Responsibilities:

  • To plan, develop and deliver marketing campagins as agreed within time scales.
  • To assist with the implementation of the maculating strategy with specific objective and target as agreed.
  • To identify changes in the marketing environment or competitive strategies in their respective region, evaluates and adjusts marketing plan accordingly.
  • To support the overall marketing objective of company both externally and internally.
  • To make presentation for the concerned MO for CEO briefing.
  • To create and develop ways to communicate the company message to their existing customer.
  • To manage and control all matters relating to delinquent account by constantly executing collection and recovery procedure and ensuring appropriate action are taken to eensure full recovery.
  • Ensure remedial action is taken when required to keep performance in line with business objective
  • Perform administrative work or other job function related to collections and recoveries.
  • To monitor account daily effectively in line with approved collections strategy.
  • To ensure collection of Income Tax Challan from respective clients through recovery Supervisors and deposit of the same to Tax Officer.
  • Forward consolidated report to Income Tax collection to the Head Office on monthly basis and at the end of fiscal year.

The incumbent must have the knowledge of following areas

  • Complete Knowledge of Marketing and Sales
  • Strong Knowledge of administration and Management.
  • Full Knowledge Office Automation.
  • Command on Marketing and recovery methods and technique
  • The incumbent must demonstrate the following skill,
  • Excellent personation and Interpersonal Skill.
  • Excellent Communication, Analytical and critical thinking Skill
  •  Good ability to analyze market and its demands
  • Excellent understanding of current media trends.

The incumbent must also demonstrate the following personal attribute

  • Mentally and Physically Fit and smart personality.
  • Hard working and be honest and trustworthy.
  • Willingness and ability to endure extensive travelling across the country.
