Job Objective:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven individual to join our team as Online Bidder. The successful candidate will be responsible for bidding on freelance projects on various online platforms, including Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr & People per Hour to secure new business for the company.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze client requirements and provide appropriate bidding solutions.
- Explore and develop new business opportunities and understand clients' requirements.
- Generate business through online portals.
- Submitting a completed bid to an existing or prospective client, on time and within budget
- Bidding on Freelance, Fiverr, Upwork, and other freelance portals daily to acquire projects and convert those projects into long-term sales.
- Writing proposals and customizing each proposal based on the nature of the project.
- Project price estimation, quote, proposal creation, talking with client and closure.
- Gather client requirements, communicate the requirements with the team and deliver the project to the client.
Requirements:
- A proven record with working experience of a minimum of 1-2 years on different bidding portals i.e., Upwork, freelancer, and others.
- Must have achieved cumulative target in between 3000$ to 5000$
- Experience with interacting with clients in US/ UK / Canada/ Australia.
- Must have proven track record of successful business development
- Candidates with experience in software house and sales will be preferred.
- Good English fluency is a must.
- Must be willing to work night shifts.
Job Type: Morning Shift (9 pm - 5 pm)
