  • Responsible for the procurement of all type of construction related material used in housing societies e: g: Sand, Crush, iron, PVC Pipes etc.
  • Monitor market conditions and equipment and materials costs;
  • Negotiate with vendors, suppliers and subcontractors;
  • Prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions for materials, supplies and equipment as per demand.
  • Interface with vendors, subcontractors and suppliers to resolve issues
  • Responsible to sustain long term relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Responsible for the provision of on time material as required.
  • Ensure proper record maintenance of material purchased and used.
  • Maintain record of rental materials, proceed payments and negotiate contracts renewal in a timely manner.
