Responsibilities:
Responsible for coordinating international travel, procurement and sourcing activities as well as providing administrative support.
Job Qualification:
- MBA/BBA or equivalent degree
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience. Experience in software multinational company would be a plus.
- Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques
- Knowledge of visa process of countries like USA, UK, Schengen states, China, Korea etc.
- Knowledge of latest Customs import/export policies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong sense of initiation, responsibility, ownership and excellent attention to detail
- Proficient with MS Outlook, Excel and Word
Job Description:
- Help to identify vendors, get quotes, review quotes, track purchase process and do the follow up
- Respond to customer and supplier inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations
- To liaise with engineering teams, Custom authorities & clearing agent to track shipment
- Collect, analyze data and prepare reports
- Misc. tasks related to supply chain management and procurement
- Manage International travel and visa logistics of employees
- Coordinate with travel vendor to get the travel itineraries, travel insurance etc.
