Job Duties:
Candidate will be working in Nucleus RTOS Connectivity team and will be responsible for design, development and maintenance of connectivity stacks for wired and wireless connectivity technologies e.g. USB, PCI/PCIe, WiFi and Bluetooth. Responsibilities include project estimation, planning and scheduling, software design, obtaining feedback on design from architects and reviewing other engineers' design. Candidate must possess strong communication skills for sharing and discussing complex technical concepts with peers, both verbally and in the form of technical documents.
Job Qualifications:
• BSc/MSc Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering.
• Hands-on 5 years of experience in embedded design and development using C/C++/Assembly
• Understanding of embedded systems, RTOS, computer architecture and interfacing
• Proficiency in C/C++• Good understanding of electronic hardware (reading schematics and component data sheets, used logic Analyzers and Oscilloscope)
• Excellent verbal and writing skills in English
• Quick leaner, self-motivated and a quality driven person
• Excellent concepts in Operating Systems theory. Hands on experience with RTOS and other high level operating systems e.g. Linux and MS Windows.
• Excellent concepts in computer architecture. Hands on experience of programming on modern RISC computer architectures e.g. ARM and PPC.
• Experience with state of the art wired or wireless connectivity technologies e.g. USB, PCI/PCIe, WiFi, Bluetooth, Bluetooth Lowe Energy
