• Record DSR in Catalyst and maintain record in hard form dully signed by SM station.
  • On time cash and cheque deposits and report to Finance KHI office.
  • Preparation and submission of DSR & cash in safe report to Finance KHI on daily basis.
  • Record petty cash receipt & payments in software and maintain complete data in hard form.
  • Maintain record of admin & HR matters such as generator and bike log book, inventory record, attendance record, utility bills etc.
  • Liaising with the Sales team of the stations and Head Office (KHI).
  • Responsible for all financial matter at station.
  • Perform all administrative work at station;  and
  • Any other task assigned by management.
