- Ensure to Punctuality and exhibit utmost attendance track.
- Ensure and maintain self-grooming.
- Ensure services are provided in accordance with Customers’ Service Agreements and current legislation.
- Inspect all consignments to ensure that freight and mail complies with the recorded information provided by the forwarding agent.
- Process Import/Export documentation in accordance with the Operations Procedures Manual and Customers’ Service Level Agreement.
- Accurately enter all relevant data onto documentation or computerized systems as specified.
- Ensure that items of Company or Customer property and equipment are properly maintained and protected. Immediately report any damage, fault or irregularity to Duty Officer.
- Fully comply with the Company Health & Safety policy.
- Fully comply with the Company Security Regulations.
- Fully comply with Company handling procedures.
- Implement and adhere to policies and procedures as directed by the respective airline and regulatory bodies.
- Participate in team objectives.
- Carry out any other reasonable task as deputed by Section Head/HOD.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Graduate
- 03 years’ experience of Cargo Handling, Storage and Warehouse up keeping.
- To be able to handle and monitor all the Cargo functions in order to achieve customer’s requirements.
- To be able to work in an ISO certified company knowledgeably.
- Immediate support. Able to influence, engage and motivate at all levels.
- Flexible, determined to succeed and self-motivated.
- knowledge of Menzies Aviation operations, the airline industry, ground-handling market, and applicable airline regulatory standards.
