- Will work under guidance and supervision of Ticketing SM/Supervisor of stations.
- Handle day to day assignment related to reservation & ticketing.
- Develop good relationship with colleagues, passengers and travel agents.
- Keep all correspondence/business matters related to our business strictly confidential.
- Preparation of itinerary, fare calculation according to the rules.
- Be aware of latest rules and instructions issued by various airlines from time to time.
- Should be well conversant with policies of government for passengers traveling by air.
- Promote our sales with efforts and conduct.
- Performa any other official task assigned by SM/Supervisor.
Criteria:
- Minimum graduate in any discipline, Master’s Preferred
- Airline related experience (GDS/RM/fares/rules/understanding of IATA regulations etc.)
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience.
- Understanding of aviation industry especially in Pakistan
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
The position requires good communication and customer service skills, Ability to work independently under pressure and as a part of a team.
