The function of the HR Operations Officer is to execute the HR transactional tasks on an on-going basis.

Principal Accountabilities:

Union Management:

  •    Maintaining the complete activities related to Unions
  •    Preparation of station wise list of members of Unions
  •    Recording of all events/minutes and activities including financials
  •    Recording of minutes of the General Body Meetings
  •    Maintaining members’ contribution record
  •    Maintaining monthly income/expenditure details
  •   Preparation of Annual Return of Unions’ income/expense for filing to NIRC on annual basis
  •    Maintaining Bank Accounts of the Unions
  •   According to NIRC legislation - IRA 2012, conduct all formalities of holding elections after every 2 years for both Unions, process nomination of new office bearers as per Union Constitutions
  •    Correspondence with Lawyer/Union related Authorities

HRIS (TimeTrax) Management:

  •    Employee Profiling
  •    Payroll induction

Company Cards:

  •    Issuance of Company Cards
  •    Maintenance of issuance and cancellation record

Employment Correspondence:

  • Issuance of employment letters, visa correspondence letters, experience letters, NOC etc.

Required Qualification & Experience:

  •    Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of relevant experience
  •    Sound understanding of Unions in Pakistan
  •    Sound knowledge of the local Labour Law
  •    Sound knowledge & work experience of HRIS environment
  •    Excellent written and oral communication skills
  •    Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
