Overview:
- The function of the IR & HR Operations Officer is to execute the IR & HR transactional tasks on an on-going basis.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Update online EOBI system on monthly basis and ensure payments accordingly
- End to end profiling of staff on EOBI, SESSI & PESSI portals
- Liaison with staff regarding issues pertaining to pensions, death grants, medical assistance, revalidation & preparation of health card of registered employees
- Liaison with the relevant POCs of EOBI, SESSI, PESSI to ensure smooth delivery of services to the staff
- Maintain the probation evaluation process and subsequent communication of new joiners
- Ensure the registration and inclusion of eligible staff for terminal benefits, fulfilling all documentary requirements and issuance of soft announcements
- Issue Staff Promotion Letters and update the record in TimeTrax
- Issue Staff Transfer/Relocation Letters and update the record in TimeTrax
Required Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of relevant experience
- Sound understanding of EOBI, SESSI and PESSI portals
- Sound knowledge of the local Labour Law
- Sound knowledge & work experience of HRIS environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
