Well reputed group requires the services of an ambitious Marketing Executive in EPS to market fully automated, imported state of the art production facility of Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) Cement panels in Pakistan with following skills and qualities:
Marketing Executive Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of the building material industry, marketing, customers and quality products.
- Ensuring adherence to clients' specifications.
- To coordinate with clients ensuring that each endeavor runs smoothly from inception to delivery and installation.
- Understand and analyze the scope of projects.
- Coordinating and managing daily activities/scheduling of various construction projects.
- Support client meetings and site visits.
- Rate analysis sheet.
Requirements:
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-moving environment.
- A proven track record of implementing successful marketing strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of market research data, data analysis and statistics.
- Hands on experience with marketing software and tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Analytical data driven problem solver.
Qualification: BS Civil Engineering/MBA (Marketing)
Experience: 5 years or more.
Salary: Market competitive with sales incentive, travel allowance.
Positions: 2 Lahore, 2 Karachi, 1 Islamabad.
