- Assist the Manager Sales in all matter relating to marketing & sales.
- Build and grow the business according to the company policy in the supervision of Manager Sales.
- Assist in preparation of presentation taking points and keep record of all minutes of meeting.
- Coordinate with Manager Sales to identify potential business.
- Liaise closely with Manager Sales Clients to improve our services.
- Handling customer’s complaints. Maintaining customer’s record
- Assist the Manager Sales in negotiating and preparation of moue and contacts.
- Handling all correspondence and organizing contact between the Ticketing & Sales Staff and their customers.
- Keeping records of visits and monitoring sales.
- Keeping records of sales targets/ reports and compiling them for management.
- Maintaining and developing relationship with existing customers via meeting, telephone calls and emails.
- Ensure security and safety of the Head office premises.
- Forward demand if any to Head Office & clearance of bills.
- Any other official task assigned by the Management.
