• Assist Manager HR in recruitment and section process. 
  • Prepare job descriptions, advertisement and contracts. 
  • Organize orientation & trainings for new staff members.
  • Ensure proper and accurate employee record keeping, files of employees. Assist HR manager on labor laws and national laws compliance
  • Process employment cards and EOBI cards. 
  • Assist in performance management process and ensure timely performance evaluation are processed. 
  • Supervise and HR Assistants / Associates. Maintain conducive and healthy environment for employees. 
  • Support HR manager in disciplinary and grievance issue.
