Job Description:
- Obtain, review, and verify Production sheets daily for errors, dates, etc.
- Enforce and verify that Standard Operating Procedures are being followed.
- Assist line as needed without compromising primary responsibilities.
- Ensure that all work areas are clean at the end of each shift daily.
- Monitor and maintain all quality controls and daily workflow throughout the Fresh Cut Production process.
- Oversee that accurate records of daily activities related to production and inventory are maintained.
- Assist with the training of new employees.
- Oversee maintenance of production floor at all times, and ensure proper working condition of cooling equipment.
- Review any personnel issues with the Production Management to determine resolutions in a timely manner.
- Perform inventory control, counts, and order selecting.
- Advise management of unsafe conditions, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Manage daily shipping and receiving schedule in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure quality of product meets quality standards and report inconsistencies to production management.
- Collaborate with Management to ensure timely resolution of issues resulting from plan deviations.
