Microsoft Security / Compliance Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Security and Compliance Specialist to design, deploy, and maintain our Microsoft Entra and Intune policies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring our organization's digital assets are secure and compliant with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement identity and access management policies using Microsoft Entra.
Configure and manage device and application policies through Microsoft Intune.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal security policies.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support.
Stay updated with the latest Microsoft security features and best practices.
Conduct regular security audits and prepare compliance reports.
Train IT staff and end-users on new security protocols and tools.
Collaborate with other departments to understand their security needs and incorporate them into our policies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably with Microsoft security and compliance tools.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Entra, Intune, and Azure Active Directory.
Strong understanding of compliance regulations and cybersecurity frameworks.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Certifications in Microsoft security technologies are a plus.
