- Required knowledge of Paint Shop, Welding Fabrication Experience, CAD, and CAM, CNC Machining (Lathe, sharing & bending machine).
- Supervise production team to manage & execute production projects
- Coordinate with customers to develop project plan & timelines
- Work with team to plan, schedule & perform production activities
- Schedule equipment maintenance & inspection on regular basis
- Suggest process improvements to enhance production quality,efficiency & capacity
- Organizing job trainings to team members to achieve production goals
