· Give recommendation to improve procedures/SOPs to liaison with procurement department and account managers for collecting the accounting data.
· Prepare Payable, receivable, Fixed asset and General Vouchers and other ancillary record in Accounting software.
· Do monthly tax filing including third party WHT and sales tax return in FBR system
· Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
· Do project accounting by maintaining the records of each project separately.
· Guides accounting clerical staff and cahier by coordinating activities ..
· Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
· Secures financial information by completing data base backups.
· Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
· Complies with local financial legal and tax requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.
· Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
· File annual tax return of the company
· Facilitate external audit annual/project based, prepare annual tax return and file
· Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
· Accomplishes the result by performing the duty.
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
· Maintain an effective & efficient system of internal controls which comply with financial guidelines
· Prepare and review all budget proposals with the programme team prior to submission
· Reconcile balance sheet items on a monthly basis, in accordance with financial policies & procedures
· Administering core payroll services including processing monthly payroll and statutory and internal deductions, maintaining payroll records and issuing of monthly pay slips
· Any other tasks as may be assigned by the Chief Financial Officer
