Job Description

To work directly for office management and maintain the smooth running of an office through a variety of administrative duties which include but does not limit to;

a)     Manage Lower Staff including office assistants, office boys, drivers etc

b)     Manage office reception and answer telephones

c)     Maintain calendars and plan meetings

d)     Handle mails

e)     Execute administrative tasks that includes but does not limit to travel arrangements i.e. hotel booking, air ticket booking, car rental arrangement, petty cash management of daily office expenses, rationing etc

f)      Maintain databases and Filing system
