- Routine administrative work, daily ward rounds, grant leave to all categories of staff, arrangement of substitute as per need.
- Supervision of O.P.D. checking of records, admissions, discharge 0.T. list, waiting list, etc.
- Supervise working and attendance of Office Staff, R.M.O.’s and M.O.’s. Lab. Staff, Kitchen, Ambulance, Nursing Staff etc.
- Monitors stock of equipment, machinery, medicine, surgical items, dietary articles, milk, and prepared foods.
- Attend to patient and staff grievance and inspect field record of outdoor staff.
- Counseling of nursing staff, office staff, para-medical staff, and labor staff.
- Sign bill, remittance, diet, pay sheet, certificates, etc.
- To oversee the expansion plan, development scheme.
- Purchase of non-schedule items as per delegation of powers.
- To supervise round outside regular duties, night rounds during an emergency.
- Attend to notes, letters, and routine correspondence with the same.
- Conduct inquiry and report further.
- To follow up on the details of various circulars.
- Member of various committees.
- To appoint members in respect of various committees and to conduct the meeting.
- Any other duty assigned by the CEO.
