Specific Tasks and Responsibilities
He/She will
- Will be Pharmacy supervisor and will ensure the maintenance of medicine and medical equipments stock and storage as per an international NGO drug management guidelines.
- Supply Chain management with proper documentation.
- Distribution of medicines to different facilities.
- Keep track of the consumption at facilities level and produce regular feedbacks.
- Preparing weekly and monthly consumption documents.
- Maintain the stock register and the minimum stock level of medicine as per need.
- Regular updating pharmacy Bin Cards as per supply.
- Provide regular updates of medical stock, drug consumption and monthly requests to PMC or pharmacist In-charge
- Provide feedback to the medical doctor/medical supervisor in issues related to the drug management, expiry dates, stock and monthly supply of health facilities
- Ensure quality control of medicine and medical equipments in the health facilities
- Provide health promotion training to the community during drug distribution.
- Feedbacks regarding technical aspects of the pharmacy management at field levels.
- Regular technical monitoring of the field Pharmacy and reporting feedbacks.
- Training of the Assistant pharmacists & Dispensers in drug and pharmacy management.
- Pharmacy Health Care waste Management.
- Regular Updating pharmacy database of the Main pharmacy.
- Warehousing and storing of medicines as per guidelines.
- Fulfill any other tasks as assigned by supervisor (s)
