- Medical Emergency Resilience Foundation (MERF) is a non-governmental, independent, and non for profit humanitarian organization founded in 2015.
- MERF is established to provide vital health care and medical relief for vulnerable people in areas of natural disaster, conflict, disease outbreak, and health systems collapse.

Responsibilities / Accountabilities;
- Ensuring the maintenance of medicine and medical equipment stock and storage as per international NGO drug management guidelines.
- Supervise staff for Keeping and maintaining the Daily pharmacy registers.
- Supervise staff for Updating Bin cards on daily basis.
- Supervise staff for Maintaining separate Bin Cards for pharmacy Store items.
- Supervise staff for keeping Prescription records and maintain Daily tally registers.
- Preparing and keeping daily, weekly, and monthly consumption documents.
- Follow the advice of the medical doctor in filling out medical prescriptions.
- Proper dispensing as per MERF and WHO guidelines.
- Maintain the stock register and the minimum stock level of medicine as per need.
- Provide regular updates of medical stock, drug consumption, and monthly requests to the Medical Doctor
- Provide feedback to the medical doctor/medical supervisor in issues related to the drug management, consumptions, expiry dates, stock, and a monthly supply of health facilities
- Ensure quality control of medicine and medical equipment are in the health facilities.
- Provide health promotion training to the community during drug distribution.
- Proper session with patients while dispensing medicines.
- Pharmacy Health Care waste Management.
